Theo,
It’s nice that you obviously like my photo of Eric Pardon and his owl Siba I shot on August 8, 2018 in Tienen and published on my facebook account on August 9, 2018.
But really it’s not so nice that you simply took this photo and now use it here
without asking me as the copyright owner / photographer for my approval
even without mentioning me as the copyright owner / photographer
I kindly request you to respect copyright laws in future — not only for my photos!
Dear Thomas,
Thank you for your justified comment.
I do not know what went wrong that your photo has ended up in my processing program, I’m definitely going to look this up so that this will certainly not happen again in the future
I immediately removed the photo and replaced it with one of my own photos.
You will notice that all the other photos in the message are photos that I took myself and therefore I certainly do not need a photo of someone else.
Sincerely
Theo Herbots.
PS. I hope we can meet each other, because you are someone I can learn a lot from
Dear Theo,
Thanks for your answer. Well,I have no concern, if you want to publish this photo here — but please mention the photographer (i.e. me) — so I agree with publication!
Best,
Thomas
Okay Thomas
Thanks, but I would like to do it immediately to make a full report about you.
Keep the article with photos in draft and only after publishing your approval and any adjustments.
I hope this will ever succeed.
Sincerely
Theo
